Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on November 8, 2021 found that Silvercare Homecare Service, LLC (Deemed Status), had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey completed on September 8, 2021 and September 9, 2021.
